The white sage trio is used as a "smudge" to cleanse and purify your space and personal energy. Its earthy, herbaceous aroma is grounding and centering to induce a meditative state.
Our white sage is sustainably harvested by a small group of wild-crafters in the mountains of Southern California.
To use: Before you begin, make sure to have an open window or doorway to give the smoke a way out. Holding the bottom of the white sage bundle, light the opposite end using a match or lighter. Let it burn for a few seconds, then blow out the flame so that the leaves begin to smoke. Gently wave the bundle around the area you wish to clear, letting the smoke cleanse away any negative energy. When you are done, place the wand on a firesafe surface to allow time for the embers to fully extinguish. Never leave burning sage unattended.
